Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ThePatriotYard. We know you are excited to get your new flagpole set up, which is why we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed and dispatched from our US-based warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will typically begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We partner with top-tier carriers to ensure your flagpole arrives safely and on time. Since our packages are large and heavy, we primarily use UPS Ground.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within the United States.

(Total estimated delivery time from the moment you place your order: 3 to 7 business days).

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Because of the oversized nature of our telescoping flagpole boxes, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.

  • We do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number on the UPS website or on our store’s tracking page to follow your package to your door.

5. Damages During Transit

While we pack our heavy-duty flagpoles securely, shipping accidents can occasionally happen. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@thepatriotyard.com with photos of the damaged box and the product. We will work swiftly to send you a replacement.
