Thank you for shopping withย ThePatriotYard. We know you are excited to get your new flagpole set up, which is why we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment partners and are processed withinย 1 to 2 business daysย (Monday โ€“ Friday).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will typically begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We partner with top-tier carriers to ensure your flagpole arrives safely and on time. Since our packages are large and heavy, we primarily useย UPS, FedEx and USPS.

  • Shipping cost:ย FREE standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more โ€” this includes every flagpole kit. Orders under $100: $3.99 standard shipping. Flagpole kits ship via UPS or FedEx; smaller items may ship via USPS.

  • Other options:ย Expedited options may be offered at checkout. On orders of $100 or more, the free standard shipping option is always available.

  • Transit Time:ย Once dispatched, delivery typically takesย 2 to 5 business daysย depending on your location within the United States.

(Total estimated delivery time from the moment you place your order: 3 to 7 business days).

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • We currently ship exclusively to theย 48 contiguous United States.

  • Because of the oversized nature of our telescoping flagpole boxes, weย cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Ricoย at this time.

  • We do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number on the carrierโ€™s website or on our storeโ€™s tracking page to follow your package to your door.

5. Damages During Transit

While we pack our heavy-duty flagpoles securely, shipping accidents can occasionally happen. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours atย info@thepatriotyard.comย with photos of the damaged box and the product. We will work swiftly to send you a replacement.
