Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your flagpole or accessory must be in the same condition that you received it: uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging with all hardware included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Please note: Customers are entirely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items, custom-ordered flags, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and you have shipped the original item back, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs (if any were charged at checkout) are non-refundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thepatriotyard.com.
